HR / Office Manager

The HR/Office Manager is responsible for helping to fulfill the vision of the Senior Pastor in all aspects of the job. The HR/Office Manager is responsible for overall front office activities and inventory of office, kitchen, and housekeeping supplies. The HR/Office Manager also assists the Executive Pastor in all areas of Human Resources.  

Night Safety

The Night Safety is responsible for sharing the vision of the Senior Pastor in all aspects of the job. The Night Safety is responsible for providing safety & maintenance support for the Facility Director and Grace Church.  

gKids Preschool Coordinator

The gKids Preschool Coordinator is responsible for assisting the gKids Director in creating a family environment that will help foster the vision of the church to Fill the City with Jesus. The gKids Preschool Coordinator is also responsible for editing and preparing curriculum; discipling and scheduling volunteers; and overseeing the service coordinators; and providing support and organizational assistance to help keep the flow of the ministry smooth and orderly. The primary area of programming responsibility will be for 3-5 year olds. The gKids Preschool Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting the gKids Director with data entry and following up with first time guests.  

gKids Coordinator for Special Events, Nursery, and Childcare

The gKids Coordinator will work closely with the gKids Director in providing assistance in the execution of gKids special events throughout the year. The gKids Coordinator will be responsible for completing the administrative and behind the scenes administrative tasks as directed by the gKids Director. This position will also coordinate childcare for small groups and special events, and will facilitate gKids Early Learning Nursery. This role will include preparing materials, discipling and scheduling volunteers, and providing support for the ministry within the ages of birth – two years old.  

Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator will organize and oversee all church-wide events as well as liaison private events.

Communications Director

The Communications Director is to strategically oversee the development and production of all aspects of the church’s print, online, and marketing communications that promote and represent Grace Church. 

Groups Administrator

The Groups Administrator is responsible for providing support in facilitating Groups at Grace Church and executes the vision of the Groups department.
