The Seven Lakes Campus Production Coordinator is responsible for helping to fulfill the vision of the Campus Pastor in all aspects of the job.  They will support the Seven Lakes Campus Pastor and oversee the production elements at Seven Lakes Campus.  He will also receive technical direction from the Production Director.  The Seven Lakes Campus Production Coordinator will build and lead the production volunteer teams at the Seven Lakes Campus.

Support Worship Experience Execution: Assist in overseeing production elements (lighting, video, audio) for Sunday Worship Experiences at the Seven Lakes Campus, ensuring consistency and alignment with the church’s vision.

Campus Preparation: Review the recorded sermon before Sunday to ensure its quality. Coordinate transportation of the SSD recording from the Southern Pines Campus to the Seven Lakes Campus. Schedule production team members for the Seven Lakes Campus and coordinate fill-ins for last-minute call-outs. Ensure Sunday content is prepared and ready for Weekend Experiences. 

Event Support: Work special events, including Christmas, Easter, and other approved campus events. This includes staffing for other external events that occur outside of normal working hours (E.g., Funerals, Weddings). Coordinate and provide production support for special events, including setup, operation, and teardown of lighting, video, and audio systems when needed.

Volunteer Development: Train and equip production volunteers, fostering spiritual and technical growth through discipleship and hands-on guidance.

Equipment Management: Maintain an inventory of production equipment (e.g., audio consoles, lighting systems, cameras) on the Seven Lakes campus, ensuring organization and readiness for use.

Budget Support: Manage the assigned Ramp card, adhering to spending policies and stewarding church resources responsibly.

Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and technologies by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications as able. 

Physical Requirements: Requires frequent kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Can lift over 50lbs regularly. Can stand for long periods of time.

    Qualifications

    • Church membership required 
    • Ability to perform maintenance on various AVL equipment is preferred
    • The ability to lead teams is required
    • Experience as a ministry staff member and ministry leadership experience are preferred
    • Ability to work in confined spaces or low positions, including extended periods on hands and knees.
    • Detailed knowledge, agreement, and adherence to Grace Church’s mission, vision, and core values
    • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Self–motivated and organized with the ability to build and engage volunteers
    • Have a spirit of discernment and discretion
    • Born again and water-baptized
    • Have a life that reflects the teachings of Jesus (Matthew 5–7) and produces the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5)
    • Devoted to the basic disciplines of the faith: worship, prayer, and tithing
    • Attend worship services regularly
    • Lead/attend a small group or serve in a ministry regularly
