Mission:  The Willing

| |

Are you willing to live in His presence, discover your identity, and carry revival into our cities to see renewal unfold?

Listen + Watch the Message
(new sermons published every Monday)

In week three of our Vision and Mission series, we’re focusing on our call to make disciples. While this is the Great Commission for the global Church, we carry a unique assignment at Grace Church that will result in seeing more than ten cities filled with Jesus and renewed.

Our mission is this: We empower the willing to come fully alive in God’s presence for the renewal of our cities. As we live in His presence, discover our identity, and carry revival into our cities, we begin to see renewal unfold. Gideon lived this in Judges 6–8 — stepping into his calling and seeing a nation restored. What you do now matters

Discussion Questions

  • Jesus gave the global church a mission: to make disciples. How is Matthew 28:19-20 being applied to your lifestyle rhythms?
  • Discuss the mission statement: We empower the willing to come fully alive in God’s presence for the renewal of our cities.
  • The first way God decreased Gideon’s army was to remove those who were fearful. How has fear influenced you, or how does it influence you?
  • How does knowing your identity and knowing God help evict fear from your heart?
  • Discuss: Deuteronomy 20:8, 2 Timothy 1:7, Hebrews 10:28, and Philippians 1:27-28.
  • The second time God decreased the army was by the way they drank water. Why does it matter how you do the small things?
  • Are you willing to live out Luke 9:23-24 towards the abundant life of loving God with everything in you?
