The GStudents Coordinator supports the Student Pastor in the administrative coordination of the ministry by assisting with events, overseeing assimilation, and communications across campuses, while building and leading healthy teams within the GStudents family. This role ensures that our vision to fill the city with Jesus—seeing and hearing 10 out of every 10 students experience revival in their hearts for the renewal of 10 cities—is realized and sustained through strong systems and teams.
Responsilities
- Help execute all GStudents Events outside regular Worship Experience and Tribe Nights by serving as the point of contact after collaborative planning and delegation.
- Delegate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure follow-through using BaseCamp and Huddle Sheets.
- Track attendance, outcomes, and improvements using Google Sheets.
- Partner with the Student Pastor, Worship Experience Coordinator, and DreamTeam Captains for smooth execution.
- Oversee onboarding and ongoing integration of leaders, students, and parents.
- Maintain accurate records and forms in CCB and Google Docs.
- Ensure clear next steps for engagement and connection.
- Manage parent communication (weekly texts via ClearStream, bi-weekly emails via Mailchimp).
- Ensure messaging is clear, timely, and aligned with the vision.
- Coordinate with Central Communications as needed.
- Assist with implementing and maintaining healthy systems across all GStudents locations.
- Support campus leaders weekly through clear communication and shared processes.
- Train and resource leaders in administration and event execution.
- All Hands on Deck: Employees who work 20+ hours per week are required to work any “all hands on deck” events, including Easter, Sunday, Christmas Eve, etc.
- Bring the Student Pastor’s vision, mission, culture, and development to life through systems, communication, and follow-through.
- Provide supporting operational leadership where needed during Worship Experience nights.
- Support leaders, students, safety, and service flow.
- Provide ministry oversight, including teaching and training, when the Student Pastor is unavailable.
Qualificaions
- Born again and water baptized.
- Life that reflects the teachings of Jesus (Matthew 5-7) and produces the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5).
- Devoted to the basic disciplines of the faith—worship, prayer, and tithing.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Experience with database and project management software (CCB, BaseCamp preferred).
- Ability to lead, recruit, train, and develop volunteer teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced ministry environment.
- Ability to articulate and implement the vision of Grace Church.
- Experience in planning large events and delegating tasks to volunteers.
- Knowledge of and agreement with Grace Church mission, vision, and core values.
- Spirit of discernment, discretion, and a self-motivated work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs. Physical stamina and mobility to participate in active games and overnight camp.
