As the Church continues to see an increase in victories in the hearts and lives of people, the enemy seems to be working harder to try to bring distraction, discouragement, and destruction. The Apostle Paul gives hope and clear direction for us to be able to stand against the schemes and attacks of the evil one–stopping blows and knocking down arrows together. But in order for us to be able to step into victory, we must be willing to surrender some things first.

• What has the Lord been speaking to you in your personal time with Him this week?
• Give some examples of spiritual victories you’ve seen recently.
• Have you experienced spiritual warfare in the form of distraction? Discouragement? Destruction?
• Read Ephesians 6:10. When do you feel the most spiritually powerful?
• Read Ephesians 6:12. Why is it so easy to fall into the trap of battling against people rather than the true enemy?
• Read Ephesians 6:14-18. Which of these pieces of armor do you have the most confidence in? Which of them the least confidence? Why?
• Read 2 Corinthians 12:9. Pastor Dan compared the armor that people tend to wear with God’s armor. What piece of armor do you find it most difficult to allow yourself to be weak in so that He can be strong?
• What is God asking you to obey from the message or this discussion?
