We are pleased that you have chosen to attend this conference. Taking the time to learn new skills and concepts about growing and maintaining a healthy family is very important.Registration is a two-part process:

Step 2: Pay either by check or credit card. You will be given the option to mail a check to Grace Church or to pay online with your credit card.
If you have already registered using the form above, but have not yet paid for the conference, please go directly to the secure payment option at Amy and Michael Smalley's web site to pay by credit card.
To pay by check, please mail the total amount ($15 for each person registered) to Grace Church.

Make checks payable to Grace Church, and write "Marriage Conference" in the memo area of the check.
