Freedom Weekend - Aug 22-23rd
On August 22nd and 23rd, we will host a Freedom Weekend Seminar at our
church. What is a Freedom Weekend? It is a two-day event that is designed
to help you experience new levels of personal freedom in your life.
Many of us, even after we are saved, don't fully walk in the Freedom that Jesus Christ makes available to us. We struggle with anger, emotional wounds, and past sins that we can't seem to overcome. God wants us to be set free from these struggles. That is the purpose of Freedom Weekend.
The event will kick off on Friday, August 22nd, and the schedule is as follows:
- Friday August 22, at 7 p.m.: Breaking Strongholds
- Saturday August 23:
- 9:00am: Freedom From Curses
- 11:00am: Healing of Emotional Wounds
- 12:45pm: Lunch
- 1:45pm: Deliverance from Demonic Oppression
Ben Goodman, a gifted teacher and internationally-recognized prophet, will be teaching all four sessions. This is a truly life changing event and something that every one of us needs to go through. Mark your calendars now. There is no childcare provided for this event, so book your babysitters now. Don't miss it!!

Ministry Fair/ Fall Life Groups Kick off - September 14, 21
We will kick off our new Fall Life Groups on September 22rd. The Ministry Fair will be September 14th and 21st. This is your opportunity to meet the leaders of the groups and find the group that will best fit your needs. Life Groups are so important to the health and growth of our church.
Every member of Grace needs to be involved in a Life Group that will minister to their spiritual and relational needs. Look for the Fall Catalog early in September.
"Chazown" Youth Outreach - September 20
Chazown is the Hebrew word for vision. Our youth group has a vision to reach the lost and do whatever it takes to bring un-saved un-churched teenagers to know Christ. This outreach will do just that, reach the lost.
The event starts at 4pm with outdoor games: Mechanical bull, rock climbing wall, jousting, basketball, and other inflatables. There will also be free food, drinks, and door prizes. At 6 pm, the event will move inside for a time of worship and a challenging evangelistic message given by guest speaker Frank Bishoff from Greensboro, NC.
Invite any teenagers you know! For more information on this event or to volunteer to help, please contact Heath Caddell at heathcaddell@gracechurchsp.org.

Special Christmas Program "Imagine Christmas" - Dec 12, 13, and 14
Who could have imagined the birth of a baby in an animal stable would still be capturing our attention, our time, and our souls two thousand years later? Obviously this was no ordinary baby, and it's our hope that "Imagine Christmas" leaves you with a greater sense of the extraordinary gift God sent our way in a manger in Bethlehem.
Join us for a Christmas performance that the whole family will enjoy. "Imagine Christmas" is a full dramatic production filled with laughter, live music, drama, carols, multi-media, special effects and much more.
There will be a performance on Friday December 12th at 7pm, Saturday December 13th at 6pm, and performances during all of the Sunday morning services on December 14th. This is a great production to invite your friends to, especially those who don't know Jesus yet.
